Welcome to Realwood Tiny Homes

Live a Happy and Healthier Life

REALWOOD Tiny Homes and Compact Pre-engineered Buildings are transportable, semi-permanent and permanent structures that use a unique tongue-and-groove interlocking building technique to create healthier and more energy efficient homes and commercial buildings

We build tiny homes on trailers, tree houses, floating homes backyard cottages, ADU structures, emergency housing, park model tiny homes and cabins. Several different wall thicknesses are vailable to choose from for larger homes or small buildings.

For tiny home builders to be RVIA certified, they must submit to a rigorous inspection process. RVIA requires its members to be up to industry standards for plumbing, electrical systems, heating, and fire and life safety. REALWOOD TINY HOMES is open to frequent, random inspections to ensure that we are in compliance with over 500 codes required to maintain our certification.  We’re one of a few RVIA-certified tiny home builders in the country. If you purchase a REALWOOD Tiny Home, it will be RVIA certified.

The Camel Water Cycle Management System is a combination of proprietary technologies and processes that conserves fresh water reducing potable water consumption by up to 80%. The Camel Water Cycle accomplishes this by collecting rainwater and other sources of freshwater, recycling used freshwater (greywater) and processing waste water from toilets, kitchen sinks and dishwashers (blackwater) so it can safety be used for irrigating lawns, plants and trees. Did you know…

Formaldehyde that is often found in plywood and other building materials is not used in our buildings. Our tiny homes are made from high quality natural wood, kiln-dried to less than 14% MC. Both sides of the wood are sanded and finished to furniture-grade quality.
